Data Deletion

How to delete your VidPivot trial account data, local app data, or support-related records.

Your VidPivot Free-Trial Sign-In

To start your free trial, you sign in with Google (Android) or Apple (iPhone and iPad). This gives each person one free trial that can’t be reset by reinstalling or switching phones. For that, we keep a small record linked to your sign-in:

• Your Google or Apple account ID and email. The email is only used to check it’s you if you ask us to delete your data.
• A code for your device that can’t identify you personally.
• Your trial start date and number of downloads used.

We don’t store your name or anything you download.

To delete it: email [email protected] from the email you signed in with. We’ll delete your record within 30 days.

Delete Data On Your Device

VidPivot stores browsing history, settings, saved-file entries, hidden-file choices, cookies, and download metadata locally on your device. PDFPivot stores document history, bookmarks, annotations, editing state, extracted fonts, and app preferences locally. You can clear either app's storage from Android settings or uninstall the app to remove its app-local data.

Downloaded and Saved Files

VidPivot downloaded files are stored in the Downloads/VidPivot folder. PDFPivot exports are normally stored in Downloads/PDFPivot, while source documents remain in their original locations. Use your device file manager to remove those files; clearing app data does not delete separately saved documents.

Newsletter email

Newsletter signup uses email confirmation. Unconfirmed requests expire automatically after 48 hours. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link that removes the active subscriber record; you may also ask us to remove it through the contact form.

Support Requests

If you contacted support and want support-related messages removed, use the contact form or email [email protected]. Include the email address used for the request and the app name.

Purchases

Google Play manages payment and purchase records. For Google Play purchase history or payment data, use Google account and Google Play support tools.
