Which download do I need?
Apple silicon is for M1, M2, M3 and newer Macs (M1 and newer) and supports optional local AI features on Macs with at least 8 GB memory. Intel is for older Intel Macs and includes PDF tools and Evidence Digest. Picking the wrong installer is harmless: macOS simply will not open it, and you can download the other.
AI models download separately
Evidence Digest needs no model download. Optional local AI is downloaded after installation: approximately 3.41 GB on Macs with 8–15 GB memory or 6.59 GB on Macs with 16 GB or more. PDFPivot shows the size before you start.
Free vs licensed
Editing, OCR, manual redaction, forms, conversion and accessibility work in the free version, with no time limit and no account.
Free exports carry a small PDFPivot mark. A lifetime licence removes it and unlocks eligible generative AI tools available for your Mac.
