Short version: If PDFPivot for Mac isn't right for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it — no complicated conditions.

We want you to be happy with PDFPivot for Mac. You may request a full refund of your license purchase within 14 days of the purchase date. A free version is available so you can try the core experience before buying.

How Refunds Are Handled

Purchases are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited. Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method. Once a refund is issued, the associated license is deactivated and the paid features return to the free version.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] or use our contact form with your order reference (from your Paddle purchase receipt). You can also reply to your Paddle receipt email. We aim to respond within a few business days.

After 14 Days

Refund requests made after 14 days are considered on a case-by-case basis, for example where the app does not function as described. This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights you may have under your local law.
