Permitted Use

VidPivot is intended for browsing and managing downloads of public, owned, openly licensed, or otherwise permitted media. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of VidPivot complies with applicable laws, website terms, and content rights.

Restricted Use

You must not use VidPivot to bypass DRM, encryption, paywalls, subscription access, authentication, platform restrictions, or other access controls. VidPivot is not designed to defeat rights management or website restrictions.

Third-Party Websites

VidPivot can open third-party websites. The Nexus Pivot does not control third-party websites, their content, their download restrictions, or their terms. Use official offline or download features where a website provides them.

Purchases

VidPivot’s one-time unlock purchase is handled through Google Play Billing. Purchase availability, billing, refunds, and payment processing may be subject to Google Play policies.

No Warranty

VidPivot is provided as-is. Website behavior may change, and some videos or downloads may not be available. The Nexus Pivot does not guarantee that any particular third-party website or media URL will work.
