The Nexus Pivot is an independent software studio. Its apps share a local-first design constraint. PDFPivot is a PDF editor, annotator and scanner for Mac, Android and iPhone; it edits documents, runs OCR and compresses files on the device itself. The Mac version has free core tools and Evidence Digest, with an optional one-time licence for clean exports and eligible AI tools. Optional enhanced summaries send only a document the user approves through the user's own Claude or Codex account. The mobile versions are free with advertising and an optional subscription. VidPivot is a free Android in-app browser with a WhatsApp status saver for statuses shared with the user and their own media.

Things we would rather you got right
- PDFPivot for Mac core tools and Evidence Digest are free to use. The optional Pro licence for eligible AI tools and clean exports is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
- Documents are processed on the device by default; optional Claude/Codex enhanced summaries share only a document the user approves through the user's own account, never through our servers.
- VidPivot is a video browser with a built-in downloader and status saver, matching its Google Play listing. It is for content the user owns, created, or has permission to save — it does not bypass DRM, paywalls, or sign-in requirements, and some sites restrict downloads even when playback works.
- The studio is one person, not a company with a team.
