Privacy Policy

Short version: Spider Odyssey is a free Spider solitaire game that plays entirely on your device and works offline. We do not directly collect your personal information and you do not need an account. Your game progress and settings are stored only on your device. The free version shows ads through Google Mobile Ads, and any purchases are handled by the App Store.

Information We Collect

Spider Odyssey does not require an account, and The Nexus Pivot does not directly collect personal information about you through the game. Your game progress, statistics, streaks, and settings are saved locally on your device using standard app storage. We do not upload them to any Spider Odyssey server. The third-party advertising data described below is processed by Google through its advertising services.

Advertising

The free version of Spider Odyssey uses Google Mobile Ads to show banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads. To deliver, secure, and measure these ads, Google may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, ad interactions, and diagnostics. Whether ads are personalized, and the privacy choices available to you, depend on your region, your age and device settings, and Google's services.

Removing ads — through the one-time Remove Ads purchase or a VIP Membership — stops ads from loading in the app. Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Tracking and Consent

On iOS, before any ad request or tracking occurs, Spider Odyssey asks for your permission using Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, the app cannot access the advertising identifier and ads may be less personalized. Where it is required (for example, in the European Economic Area and the UK), Spider Odyssey also uses Google's User Messaging Platform to ask for your consent about how ads use your data before ads are shown. You can change your choices from your device settings, and within the app where available.

Payments

Remove Ads is a one-time purchase and VIP Membership is a subscription, both handled through the App Store. Apple processes payment and purchase information under Apple's policies. Spider Odyssey receives only your purchase status so it can unlock or restore your ad-free access; it does not receive your payment card details.

Deleting Your Data

Because your game data stays on your device, you can remove it at any time by deleting the app from your iPhone or iPad. There is no Spider Odyssey server-side game data to delete. If you have contacted us for support, you can request deletion of that message via our Data deletion page.

Children

Spider Odyssey is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information through a support request, contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the date above.
